Contract Description: The objective of the Information Technology Consulting and Technical Services (ITCATS) Master Contract is to enable the Commission to obtain IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. By utilizing CATS, the WSSC will have a flexible contract vehicle for obtaining consistent (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing individual task orders specific to its needs.
In general, associated ITCATS Contract task orders released under this contract will address the broad process/scope of the project, such as performing research and providing a recommendation for a system replacement, or performing the system replacement itself, whereas a Request for Resources (RFR) may address the need for temporary staff to implement a process.
Period of Performance for: Three (3) years with 1, two-year option.
